Jones users can receive email notifications every time a new company commitment is created that has not yet had their COI requested.
Additionally, Jones users can view a list of these commitments that have not yet had COI requests within each Procore project.

It’s important to note that only Jones Users with Admin, Compliance Manager, and Inviter Permissions can receive these emails. You can toggle on/off email settings within the Jones app in Procore in the User Management Tab.
Email notifications can be toggled on/off for a user on a specific project or across all projects a user is assigned to.
