Global Compliance in Sage 300 CRE gives you a clear compliance status inside Sage for each subcontractor. As with Project-Specific compliance, you can read insurance information in Sage.

Global Modes

When setting up Global Compliance for your Jones-Sage 300 CRE integration, you can choose between two main modes. These modes determine how insurance data flows from Jones into Sage.

Global Exceptions

When managing Global Compliance, you can approve a subcontractor with a single certificate that applies to all of your projects. However, in some cases, a specific project—or a small set of projects—may have unique requirements that must be met before the subcontractor can be approved to work. This can work with our standalone Jones - Sage 300 integration.

Direct Sage 300 Integration

• Exceptions can be tracked at the commitment level even if you’re mostly using global compliance.
  • For example, imagine Vendor A has a global COI but they are currently on a project with very specific contract requirements that require a unique certificate. We can track that!
• On Jones, add the project and requirements you need. If needed, speak with Support using the chatbot in the bottom right of the screen on app.getjones.com for help.
• Once you have the commitment-level record in Jones, enter the commitment number as the “external ID” in Jones.
