Jones strives for simplicity. We think the ease of our navigation speaks to that. However, we know new platforms can be confusing, so we put together this short guide to show you how to get around the Jones platform.

Tabs

On Jones, tabs allow you to navigate between the different compliance dashboards that are available to you. For now, as tenants, you only have access to the compliance dashboard listing the vendors that you have added to Jones, so you'll just see the vendor tab listed (as in the screenshot above).

Search

Searching for a vendor on Jones is easy:

1. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the header to reveal the search bar
2. Start typing to begin your search (you can search by a vendor's company name or email)
3. A preview of all matching records will appear (the colored dot to the left indicates compliance status)
4. Click on the preview card of the vendor you are searching for to access their vendor report

Property Indicator

The property indicator shows you which property account you are currently active in. This is helpful if you have Jones at multiple properties and want to check which account you are on.
