Our Sage 300 Integration is a one-way integration (Jones > Sage) that enables your employees to see your Jones Insurance compliance statuses directly in Sage and withhold payments based on compliance status if you would like.
Please ensure your accounting and accounts payable teams are informed about the integration and its features.

Your team will need to install our custom connector and grant the necessary access. Jones will work with your Sage administrator to help set up the integration. Please ensure we have a point of contact with full admin permissions

Typically, the integration setup takes about two weeks. All the files and instructions will be provided by your Jones Implementation Manager
This will enable Jones to post data under either the Custom 1 or Custom 2 insurance field for vendors and commitments, depending on your preference.

The process mentioned above applies when we have a direct integration between Jones and Sage 300. However, if your organization uses Procore, it can be included within the Procore integration with Jones.
Note: If you are integrating with both Procore and Sage 300, please ensure that Commitment IDs match across both platforms.
